| Standard | Respirator Clearance Letters | Two letters are provided to the Client. One is for the Client and the other one, in a sealed envelope, is for the Employee. The PMD letter is attached to the Employee's copy. If personal medical doctor ("PMD") follow-up findings are received later, then updated clearance letters are issued. | ||
| Optional | Medical Review Records ("MRR") | If Client is performing PLHCP, they can elect to receive MRR detailing the reasons for each clearance decision. | ||
