What To Do Next:

1) Sign up for the Online Respirator Clearance service. Click here to have an Examinetics' specialist contact you and set you up.

2) Provide Examinetics with a participant list. Examinetics will send participants either an email or a preprinted card with the sign on details and their unique security token to use at sign on.

3) Participants will confirm their identity with one demographic variable (excluding their social security number).

4) At the end of their session, participants will click on the "Submit" button and then have the option to print out their responses for their own records.

5) During the next business day, the clearances will be available on the program administrator site for inquiry and printing. Included within the reports available will be a report of those participants who did not complete their questionnaire and so failed to submit their results.
