Q. Approximately, how long will the questionnaire take?
A. On average, it will take about 20 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
Q. How quickly will the results be available on all of our employees that took the questionnaire?
A. Participants can print their questionnaire immediately upon submission. Clearance results will be available by the following business day.
Q. Will I, be able to view which participants have taken the online assessment? How soon is this updated?
A. Yes. Examinetics clients have access to our XM Network reporting system 24 hrs a day. This includes a variety of reports detailing who has completed the questionnaire and the current status. Reports are updated in real-time, so our clients can see who has started and who has completed questionnaires.
Q. Can the employee log on to the system 24 hrs a day to complete the questionnaire?
A. Yes.
Q. How do we sign up the individual employees that we need to take the clearance questionnaire?
A. During the order creation process, you will have the opportunity to identify all participants for the screening process. As new hires are added, these can be handled through the same process.
Q. What is the process if a participant does not pass the questionnaire testing standards?
A. Those questionnaires requiring further evaluations, will be referred to our Medical Professionals on staff. They will directly contact the participant to clarify answers or request further information. Full clearance results will be dependent upon the availability of the participant. Once clearance is provided, a letter will be immediately generated and available online and for printing.
Q. Do you offer respiratory follow up medical exams, if necessary?
A. Yes, we offer this service at your site, aboard our mobile medical units.
Q. If the employee is unable to finish the questionnaire in one sitting, can they complete at a later time?
A. Yes. They need to click the “Save” button on the top right corner of the screen. It will be up to the employee to return and complete the questionnaire. No reminder emails will be sent. The data will be retained until submitted.
Q. Will the questionnaire be offered in any language other than English?
A. Presently, the questionnaire is only available in English. Alternate languages available per special request.
Q. If my employee has any problems logging in to the questionnaire, how will they be able to get in touch with you?
A. Your participants will receive either an email or printed card detailing how to logon, or to begin the online questionnaire. We will provide a link for them in the welcome email or, if a printed card was requested, the email address will be provided there. Responses would occur Mon – Fri. (8-5 CST).
Q. Does Examinetics perform Respiratory Fit Testing?
A. Yes. Examinetics provides both quantitative and qualitative screenings aboard our mobile units.
Q. Can you perform other compliance screenings?
A. Yes. We can do many different kind of screenings, including, but not limited to, pulmonary, audio, Asbestos, HazMat, Hearing Conservation, FMCSA/ DOT Exams and Qualitative and Quantitative Fit Testing and Training.

Q. Will you accept credit cards as a form of payment?
A. Examinetics can handle prepayments as well, if that is your preferred payment method for the service; Mastercard, VISA, and American Express. Our Finance department can assist you with the process. We ask that you prepay on orders for less than ten (10) employees.
