Reporting

Appropriate and efficient screening on its own cannot deliver customer satisfaction. Prompt, accurate and consistent reporting is fundamental to successful program management.

Our highly experienced occupational health nurses and audiologists are supported by the largest data processing team in the Occupational Health profession.

We aim to deliver all customer reporting requirements either online or in hard copy as soon as possible after screening has been completed.

Our online systems allow our clients to access and manipulate their information on demand, reducing the need for hard copy.

Individual employee records; Statistical summary reports; Departmental or facility-specific reports; Notification letters to employees and employers; Abnormality listings

Our Online Audiometric Reports include:

Possible recordable shift report (OSHA 300 Log / MSHA Form 7000 -1); Statistical summary report; Hearing test results summary; Standard threshold shift re-test report; Audiometric review report; Departmental and / or plant report; Impairment report; Not tested report; Hearing test notification
