Q. How long will the questionnaire take?
A. On average, it will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
Q. How quickly will the results be available?
A. Clearance results will be available within a few seconds after the employee submits their answers. A small percentage of employees will require further evaluations from our professional staff. Employees can print their questionnaire responses and clearance level if they are connected to a local printer. They can also logon later from a different computer and print these out.
Q. Will I be able to view which employees have taken the online assessment?
How soon is this updated?
A. Yes, Examinetics clients have access to our XM Solutions reporting system 24 hours a day.
This includes a variety of reports detailing who has completed the questionnaire and the current status.
Q. How do employees access the questionnaire?
A. By clicking on the link that will be emailed to you.
Q. Can the employee log on to the system 24 hours a day to complete the questionnaire?
Q. What is the process if an employee does not pass the questionnaire screening?
A. The questionnaires requiring further evaluations will be referred to our Medical Professionals on staff. The employee will be prompted in a screen to contact an Examinetics Medical Review Nurse at a specific phone number. The nurse will try to clarify answers or request further information. Employers will be made aware that an employee status is processing and needing further evaluation. Full clearance results will be dependent upon the availability of the employee. Once a clearance determination is provided, the letter will be available immediately.
Q. Do you offer respiratory follow up medical exams, if necessary?
A. Yes, Examinetics does offer this service at your site aboard our mobile medical units.
Q. If the employee is unable to finish the questionnaire in one sitting; can they complete the questionnaire at a later time?
A. Yes, if they make note of their personal access ID, they will be able to return to the questionnaire and complete it at a later time. No reminder emails will be sent and the data will be retained until submitted by the employee.
Q. Will the questionnaire be offered in any language other than English?
A. Yes, Examinetics offers the questionnaire in both English and Spanish. You are asked to choose
the language by a visual flag on the welcome screen. Alternate languages are available per special request.

Q. What browsers do you support with this new online service?
A. Our online tool supports browser versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer 10 or higher, Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.
Q. Does Examinetics perform Respiratory Fit Testing?
A. Yes, Examinetics provides quantitative and qualitative screenings aboard our mobile units.
Q. Can you perform other compliance screenings?
A. Yes, we can do many different kinds of screenings including, but not limited to, Pulmonary, Audio, Asbestos, HazMat, Hearing Conservation, FMCSA / DOT Exams, along with Qualitative and Quantitative Fit Testing and Training services.

Q. Will you accept credit cards as a form of payment?
A. Yes, credit cards are the preferred form of payment for this service. We accept MasterCard, VISA, and American Express. Your sales representative can make arrangements with our finance department to arrange payment. We require that you prepay on orders for less than ten (10) employees.
