With various options for reporting, you can see your employee results by a specific location or companywide, as well as reporting over varying time periods to create insights from your data sets. Permissions are scalable to give users access to specific reporting groups.

Repeating the questionnaire is typically not required after a consultation with a review nurse.

If an employee is not cleared after completing the questionnaire, those employees are advised to consult with one of our expert review nurses. The consultation will either reveal information that can allow clearance, or the nurse will provide the next necessary steps.

The OSHA respiratory protection standard requires an initial medical evaluation to determine the employee’s ability to use a respirator before the employee is fit tested or required to use a respirator in the workplace. At a minimum, the employer must provide additional evaluations if an employee shows signs or symptoms that are related to their ability to wear a respirator. There is not a specific annual requirement for medical evaluations in the standard. However, the physician or other licensed healthcare provider (PLHCP) may prescribe annual tests to ensure employees’ continued ability to wear a respirator.

This medical evaluation helps protect employees who may not be able to safely to wear a respirator due to certain medical conditions. It’s important to clear employees before getting a respirator fit test. In addition, this is required by OSHA for employees who are required to wear a respirator at work.
