Safety Consulting Services

Our safety consulting and risk management services help you achieve and maintain compliance, reduce incidents, and save money. Get ongoing EHS support sized to your organization, delivered on site by consultants who know your facility, your people and your operations.

EHS Consulting Built Around How You Operate

Examinetics offers a broad range of EHS consulting and safety services, from ongoing support through to one-time safety projects. Our consultants come to your site, and our technology-enabled platform helps you manage the program between visits.
We assist organizations that have no dedicated safety staff, and safety managers already covering more ground than one person can reasonably hold. The engagement is sized to what you need, whether that is a standing program across every location or a single project with a defined end.

Consultants who show up on site

Our workplace safety consultants can regularly visit your facility to guide and support your safety initiatives. Seeing the floor, the equipment and the crews is how hazards get recognized and controlled in practice. Examinetics is not an online or self-serve service, and site visits sit at the center of every engagement.

Compliance programs built for your company

Corporate programs are not commodities. We design and build operational programs specifically for your business needs, then customize and implement them alongside your team. That work spans EHS management systems, audits and assessments, industrial hygiene, safety and health training and process safety management, so regulatory compliance fits the way you already run.

Expertise without a full-time hire

A fractional arrangement gives you experienced subject matter experts on a part-time basis, without adding a full-time employee to your payroll. It stretches your budget further, flexes to projects, defined periods or recurring support, and puts you in direct contact with occupational safety consultants who have years of experience behind them.

Our Safety Consulting Services

A complete safety service offering to enhance safe work practices and reduce risk.

Managing the complexity of federal, state and industry regulations is a big challenge for any employer. We offer a full suite of environmental health and safety services to keep you in compliance and keep your teams safe. Safety program development here covers design, customization and implementation, not a template handed over at the end of a visit.

Specialized services sit inside the same relationship. An audit or gap analysis puts our experts on site to identify hazards and document findings.

On-site safety staffing places qualified safety professionals directly on your project when you need people rather than guidance. Services include:

How an Examinetics Consulting Engagement Works

Examinetics can scope a consulting engagement as big or as small as you need. Some clients want a one-time audit or project, and others want support that runs year-round. Many ongoing relationships run through the EHS Risk Manager program, where our consultants visit your facility on a regular basis to guide and support your safety initiatives, working a proven process of recognize, evaluate, mitigate and manage risk. That cycle is what keeps an organization proactive and compliant rather than reactive.

Between visits, everything is managed through our EHS Portal, a digital process designed to streamline EHS policies, programs and procedures, OSHA compliance reporting, and safety forms, training and recordkeeping. Your safety protocols and your records live in one place and stay current.

What you receive is a working program rather than a binder. We help you establish policies and procedures along with roles and responsibilities, which leads to continuous recognition and control of job hazards and continuous improvement in how the program is run. A full risk assessment also identifies areas that may reduce your workers’ compensation insurance costs and work comp claims.

Examinetics is an on-site company. Consultants come to your facility, work with your people and see your operations firsthand. We do not deliver safety as self-serve software and we do not replace your team, we act as an extension of it.

We can evaluate your current level of compliance with the OSHA standards (General or Construction Industry) that apply for your specific business or industry.  Audits are performed onsite and conducted just like an OSHA compliance audit. Your safety personnel will be involved to learn from our auditor and ask questions regarding the process.

Audit specifically evaluating a facility’s LOTO program, training, and equipment-specific energy control procedures (ECPs). OSHA requires an energy control procedure for any piece of equipment that needs to be safely powered on/off and operated. We can help design a written program for a facility, as well as equipment-specific procedures.

There are specific fall heights that trigger the implementation of OSHA fall standards.  General Industry is triggered at 4’ and Construction Industry at 6’.  The audit will consist of an onsite evaluation of all fall hazards and equipment used to prevent people from falling including fall protection, guard rails, PPE, and equipment.

There are OSHA standards regulating confined spaces in the workplace. We will conduct an onsite audit of all confined spaces to determine what spaces are confined spaces and what spaces are permit-required confined spaces. We will provide an inventory, and assist your facility with program development, implementation, and hazard communication.

Our workplace safety consultants regularly visit your facility to guide and support your safety initiatives, following the recognize, evaluate, mitigate and manage process. The program acts as an extension of your safety team, helping you implement required safety programs efficiently while reducing cost through our consulting approach. It suits companies with no safety staff and companies whose safety staff are stretched.

In a fractional relationship, you hire experienced subject matter experts on a part-time basis for strategic guidance, without adding a full-time employee to your payroll. It is cost-effective, flexible enough to update as your needs evolve, and gives you direct access to deep expertise. You also get proactive risk management: continuous risk identification, mitigation and incident response, plus high-level guidance on your toughest safety challenges.

Everything in the EHS Risk Manager program is managed through our user-friendly EHS Portal. It is a digital process built to streamline EHS policies, programs and procedures, OSHA compliance reporting, and safety forms, training and recordkeeping. The portal is where your documentation lives between consultant visits, so nothing depends on one person remembering where a file was saved.

For courses that require hands-on training, our qualified instructors come to you. In-person delivery encourages employee participation and increased engagement, and our experienced trainers conduct training sessions across training types and competency levels, including OSHA-required general industry and construction safety training, OSHA 10 and 30, and HAZWOPER and emergency response.

On-Site Safety Staffing

Experienced safety professionals for complex construction and mission-critical projects.

Our on-site staffing places qualified safety professionals directly on your project, full time for a short period or for the length of the job. That is different from a fractional safety manager, who provides part-time help filling gaps in your team. We can provide:

  • Safety Managers and field Safety Professionals
  • CHST-level personnel
  • LOTO and Energy Control specialists
  • Professionals for other project-specific safety roles
  • One individual or a complete safety team

Our team evaluates each professional’s certifications, technical experience, communication skills, field presence, and ability to work effectively with project teams and trades.

From sourcing and placement to ongoing field support, we stay involved throughout the project to help ensure your safety team consistently meets expectations.

The Safety Solution For Every Business

One size doesn’t fit all and it shouldn’t.

Which of these safety challenges sounds familiar?

Safety isn’t your role, but it’s your responsibility
HR professionals, plant managers and office administrators are frequently the ones put in charge of safety. Without direct experience, clients in these roles rely on us to guide them through their compliance needs and tell them what matters next.

Your safety manager is covering too much ground
Safety managers with limited resources get stretched thin quickly. We act as an extension of the team so your people can focus on their priorities instead of trying to be everywhere at once.

You need the same program at every location
Large companies with multiple facilities need consistency across all their work locations. We simplify safety management so the same regulatory requirements are met the same way at each site, which reduces risk, avoids unnecessary costs and protects your workforce.

Testimonials

Bennett Contracting

The EHS Risk Management team has helped establish a complete safety program for our contracting business at a great value. The program paid for itself by cutting Workers Comp costs, improving accident prevention, and made our company more professional and marketable to customers and employees. They helped us implement and adopt the program quickly and helped improve our company culture. We love having our consultant on our team and he is always available for additional services.

Paul Gutman

Vice President

Specialty Silicone Products

Before hiring EHS Risk Management, we, as a small company and manufacturer, had struggled for years in keeping our safety program on track and up to date. We always felt we were not large enough to have a full-time safety person, but needed someone who would help us stay focused on safety and the constantly changing regulations. EHS Risk Management filled that need at a very reasonable cost. Our consultant was able to quickly give us a plan of action on how to implement a solid safety program that meets all of the OSHA regulations. He is always available to provide guidance and answer questions. I would recommend EHS Risk management to any company who wants to make sure that they are keeping their employees safe while on the job.
