Examinetics has a HIPPA-compliant online portal where you can access your workforce’s testing data. The metrics and insight provided by our online portal provides you with 24-hour access to reports to assist you in managing your program. XM Solutions offers a broad variety of reports from statistical summaries and trends to specific medical clearance reports. The popular “Shift Follow-up Report” is an example of an actionable report for a hearing conservation program, designed to keep safety managers aware of any red flags

You will have access to current clearance levels for every participant tested and test specific summary reporting. Step by step guidance for audio retesting, work relatedness evaluations and managing your OSHA/MSHA log are also available.

With various options for reporting, you can see your employee results by company, division, department or facility over any time period you choose. Permissions are scalable to give certain departments access to specific data.

At the end of each test day, you will receive a hard copy summary of that day’s tests. Within 24 hours of testing you will have access to the majority of your testing via XM Solutions, our client data platform. For medical surveillance, screening, and clearance data, your professionally reviewed materials will be mailed to you in a comprehensive report within 30 calendar days.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we are taking extra precaution to ensure your workers are safe and protected during the testing process by adhering to CDC guidelines. Before entering the mobile unit, employees will be screened by the Examinetics technician (if not offered by the employer) and given hand sanitizer.

Both Examinetics employees and screening participants must wear a mask for the duration of testing on the mobile unit.

Our technicians and mobile units reflect our ongoing pursuit of safety and sanitation. All OHS personnel will have full PPE: masks, gloves and protective suits. We have installed partitions between each testing station to keep distance between your employees. An air filter will be onboard to replace the air in the mobile unit. Between each group of testers, the mobile unit and equipment will be sanitized.

There are various prerequisites depending on your service. For the mobile unit, we require a flat, quiet area for testing and specific electrical plugin equipment depending on the type of unit.

Depending on your service, there are certain necessary forms and test cards that must be completed prior to service. Your CSC will assist you with identifying the appropriate forms needed prior to testing.

When it comes to testing, there are several practical actions that require completion beforehand. First, you must determine which of your workers need a test and what protective safety equipment they use. Your CSC will need to know the number of employees on each work shift, as well as the hours of each shift, to determine a schedule that will best accommodate your workforce.

If you are new to Examinetics, you will be assigned a Client Service Coordinator (CSC) based on your geographic location. Your CSC is an expert in scheduling and coordinating logistics in your area, and they are your direct point of contact for scheduling. Your CSC will schedule your testing, assign an Occupational Health Specialist to your site, and will address your questions about your service event.

If you are an existing client, simply contact your CSC to schedule your next testing. We can usually offer testing dates within 30-45 days of an initial request.

We understand that businesses have different needs and work shifts, and you may operate 24/7 to fulfill the needs of your customers. We do our utmost to customize scheduling to reflect your operational and work shift needs.

Prices are based on the type of service, the number of workers needing testing and how many days we will be onsite. The cost of using Examinetics is often less expensive on a per-employee basis than sending your employees offsite to a clinic. Reach out to our sales team for a program review or comprehensive proposal.

The respirator medical clearance is done through an online questionnaire. We send you a link via email which you distribute to your workforce. Your employees click the link to access the medical questionnaire. When the questionnaire is completed, employees can view and print a copy of their results. The program administrator will then receive a notification by email letting you know which employee has completed the questionnaire, as well as the respirators they are cleared to wear. Additional reporting is available through your XM Solutions account.
