The respirator medical clearance is done through an online questionnaire. We send you a link via email which you distribute to your workforce. Your employees click the link to access the medical questionnaire. When the questionnaire is completed, employees can view and print a copy of their results. The program administrator will then receive a notification by email letting you know which employee has completed the questionnaire, as well as the respirators they are cleared to wear. Additional reporting is available through your XM Solutions account.

We perform many services related to occupational health and regulatory compliance. Our popular services include hearing conservation programs (audiometric testing, training and education) and respiratory protection services such as respirator medical clearance evaluations and qualitative & quantitative respirator fit testing.

We perform medical screening & surveillance exams for various exposures such as silica, heavy metals and lead, as well as DOT and HAZMAT/HAZWOPER exams. Examinetics offers a full comprehensive battery of tests to complete any medical surveillance requirements including pulmonary function testing, digital chest x-rays/b-read, electrocardiogram, blood tests, urinalyses and vision screening, as well as hands-on physician exams.

COVID-19 services are also available, including screenings and rapid virus testing.

We have several options to deliver services based on the testing needs of your location(s). We operate 4-person mobile units that can test four people at a time and 8-person mobile units that can test eight people at a time. We also have dedicated X-ray vehicles. Additionally, our mobile medical platform is a “clinic on wheels” that offers two examination rooms, digital x-ray equipment, audio booths, EKGs, blood draws and more. Some services offer the flexibility to be completed by our technicians performing testing within your facility.

Examinetics is not a clinic. All testing and medical services are performed onboard our fleet of vehicles or by our field technicians directly at your worksite inside your facility. Our corporate headquarters is located in the Kansas City metro area.

We also offer data management on our XM Solutions platform for companies that may opt to utilize local clinics but need a centralized data solution across various work sites.

We operate nationwide. Examinetics has more than 130 mobile units, allowing us the ability to reach every corner of the contiguous U.S. We service all of the lower 48 states and come to your facility, no matter where you are located. We have hubs located throughout the country for easy travel to your location.

We currently do not service Alaska and Hawaii.

Return-to-duty testing is required when a regulated employee has violated a company or federal drug and alcohol policy. Employers must confirm the employee has completed the SAP program and passed a return-to-duty test before they are allowed to resume work.

Yes. Under DOT regulations, return-to-duty drug tests must happen under direct observation. Employers should work with a qualified provider to meet this requirement and ensure proper protocols are followed throughout the process.

A fitness for duty evaluation is a medical assessment used by employers to determine if an employee is physically and medically capable of performing essential job functions. It is commonly used after medical leave, injury, or behavioral concerns to support safety and compliance.

Most fit for duty exams include a medical history review, a physical exam, and additional evaluations based on job demands. These may include functional capacity testing, physical ability assessments, mental health evaluations, or a fit for duty drug test.
