1. Tell us a little bit about your role at Examinetics, and how your role contributes to the overall mission of Examinetics.

My role as a Client Engagement Specialist is to be the voice for the client. As part of a dedicated team focused on client needs in day-to-day operation, we have made client satisfaction a top priority. The Client Engagement Team ensures helpful assistance and timely communication for our clients. As the Examinetics mission is largely focused on customer satisfaction, the Client Engagement role shines as an example of our commitment. 

2. How does your role contribute to the health and safety of America’s workforce?

Education is key! My daily mission is to inform and educate our clients. For instance, I help clients learn occupational protocols, services and requirements as well as how to utilize the tools Examinetics provides. In the Client Engagement role, our team focuses on being the best source of information to help our clients manage their program confidently.

3. What’s the most rewarding part of your job?

The most rewarding part of my job is knowing that our clients have someone they can contact when in need. When a client calls and asks for assistance on reporting, or understanding the services we offer, or simply knowing their regulatory agency requirements, we are here to help.  So much of my role involves keeping our customer partners informed and when that happens, it makes a world of difference in the confidence our clients put in us!

4. What is the key to developing trusting relationships?

find constant communication really contributes to a trusting relationship, internally and with our clients. Recently, I spoke with a customer who was in immediate need of a report. Within minutes, I was able to provide the requested report and the customer was extremely grateful. Relationships are not only about reactive communication but proactive – anticipating what someone may need and being there for support. I think that being available, responsive, professional and knowledgeable in the services we offer, all contribute to a successful business relationship with our clients.

5. What projects are you working on now? What's planned for the client engagement team?

With more than 3,200 clients, you can imagine the challenge of staying in contact and giving a personal touch to client needs. We are working on new processes and technology to keep our customers up-to-date and educated on screening protocols, service options, and industry regulations - giving our customers the peace of mind they deserve.
