Safety Training

Our instructors come to your facility and train your people in person, on the equipment and conditions they work with every day.

On-Site Safety Training Delivered by Qualified Instructors

For courses that require hands-on training, our qualified instructors come to you. In-person delivery encourages employee participation and engagement, which is difficult to get from a screen when the subject is how to work safely around real equipment.

Our experienced trainers lead safety training sessions across training types and competency levels. Training is part of our broader safety work rather than a separate service, so the instructor in your building comes from a company that already assesses and supports safety programs on site.

Superior Onsite Trainers for Better Engagement & Results

Every Examinetics safety training session is led in person by an experienced instructor at your site. Here is what that means for your team.

We come to your facility

Examinetics is an on-site company. Instructors travel to your location and deliver training in the environment your employees actually work in, which means the examples are your equipment and your layout. There is no online portal to log into and no self-serve module to assign and hope people finish.

Live, In-Person Engagement

Our in-person training encourages employee participation and increased engagement. People ask questions in a room that they will not type into a form, and an instructor standing in front of a crew can tell whether the material landed. For courses that require hands-on training, that presence is the whole point.

Trainers who work across levels

Our team of experienced trainers can conduct sessions for all training types and competency levels. A crew that has done the work for twenty years and a new hire in their first week need different sessions, and an experienced instructor adjusts in the room rather than reading from the same script.

What We Train

We deliver the safety training our instructors are genuinely equipped to deliver, and we say so when a request falls outside that.

Training also connects to the rest of the work. When an audit identifies a hazard, training is often part of the corrective action, and an instructor who can see the written findings teaches to those conditions instead of to a generic case.

These are the courses our instructors deliver at your site:

  • OSHA-required general industry and construction safety training
  • OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 for general industry and construction
  • OSHA HAZWOPER and emergency response

How Training Gets Scheduled and Delivered

Scope comes first. We agree on the course, the audience and the site before an instructor arrives, so the session is built around your operation instead of a generic outline. That includes confirming which standards apply, who needs to attend and whether the course calls for hands-on practice on your equipment.

On the day, the instructor leads the session in person at your facility and adjusts to your crew’s experience as the class goes. Afterward, you receive a clear record of who was trained on what, so your documentation is in order. If your needs change, we can schedule additional sessions as new hires arrive or requirements shift.

Training Courses and How We Deliver Them

We conduct OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 sessions for general industry and construction. These are the standard orientation and supervisor-level courses, delivered in person at your location by our trainers

Our trainers deliver OSHA HAZWOPER and emergency response training. This is material that benefits particularly from in-person delivery, because response is a physical sequence people need to practice rather than read about. Emergency response and safety training also appears inside the process safety management programs our consultants build, so the subject is familiar territory for the company as a whole.

For courses that require hands-on training, our qualified instructors come to you. The reason we do it this way is practical: a session run next to the equipment lets people put their hands on the thing being discussed, and the instructor can correct technique on the spot. In-person delivery also encourages participation and increased engagement, which is the difference between attendance and learning.

A large white truck labeled ‘examinetics’ with the tagline ‘insight X onsite’ is parked with the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco visible in the background. The bridge is a reddish-orange color, spanning a body of blue water. The truck has ‘Occupational Health Screening Unit’ printed on its side along with a phone number and website. The sky is bright blue with a few scattered clouds, and green hills are visible behind the bridge.

Training is frequently the corrective action a written assessment recommends. Our audit reports document findings with pictures, reference the applicable standards and recommend corrective actions, and some of those actions are training rather than equipment. Booking the session with the same company that wrote the report means the instructor already knows the specific condition being addressed.

A panoramic view from behind an audience sitting in rows of chairs at a conference or training class. A man in a blue shirt is standing in the front, facing the audience, with his arms outstretched. He is blurred and appears to be giving a presentation. A large screen is visible on the left side of the frame. The audience's backs are visible, and they are all facing the speaker. The room is brightly lit with large windows in the background.

Clients on an ongoing consulting program manage safety forms, training and recordkeeping through our EHS Portal, alongside EHS policies, programs and procedures and OSHA compliance reporting. Keeping the training record in the same place as the rest of the program means nobody is reconstructing who attended what from a stack of sign-in sheets two years later.

What You Can Expect From Every Session

Our instructors plan each session around the people attending and the work they do, so the training reflects your site instead of a generic course.

Every session includes:

  • Instruction delivered in person at your facility
  • Examples drawn from your own equipment and layout
  • An instructor who adjusts to your crew’s experience level in the room
  • A clear record of who was trained on what

Why Companies Come to Us for Training

Companies usually come to us for training for one of a few reasons.

Safety is your responsibility and training is overdue
HR professionals, plant managers and office administrators put in charge of safety often inherit a training situation nobody has looked at recently. We can come on site, deliver what is needed and give you a clear record of who was trained on what.

Your safety manager does not have time to teach
Safety managers with limited resources end up choosing between running the program and standing in front of a room for a day. Bringing in an instructor gives that time back without the training slipping further.

An assessment turned up something that needs training, not equipment
When a walkthrough shows that the procedure exists but the practice has drifted, the fix is people rather than hardware. We can deliver the session against the specific findings in the written report.
